Counseling

The School Counseling Program in the Omaha Public Schools encompasses preschool through twelfth grade. The professional school counselors at Buffett Middle support and educate students during their middle years in grades 6, 7, and 8.

Goals:

• provide a nurturing relationship
• provide personal support to achieve social competence and academic success
• teach counseling lesson
• empower students for lifelong academic, career, and personal success
